The rate above buys you a bed. Ruaha National Park charges its own entry fee for every day you are inside. Here is what that adds up to.

Is Jabali Private House good for families?
Yes. The villa's own page lists children aged five and older, with a maximum of four adults and two children across two king master suites and a twin room. Game drives, walking and the private pool are all run on the family's own schedule, with no other guests sharing the vehicle or guide.
Can you book Jabali Private House for exclusive use?
Yes, that is how it is sold. The three-bedroom villa comes with its own chef, guide and vehicle, so the whole property is taken by one group rather than booked room by room. Rates are quoted per villa per night rather than per person.
What does the rate at Jabali Private House include?
Full board, house drinks except premium wines and champagne, a private vehicle and guide, game drives, night drives, walking safaris and transfers to and from the nearest airstrip. Park fees, concession fees and the Asilia conservation charge are charged on top, and 2026/27 nightly rates run from about $4,410 to $8,200 depending on season.
Can you self-drive to Jabali Private House?
No, it is fly-in only. The closest airstrip is Msembe, about 45 minutes from camp by road, and the exclusive-use rate includes transfers to and from it. The lodge's own page describes no self-drive route to the villa.
When is Jabali Private House open?
The villa is open from June to mid-March and closed from mid-March to the end of May. Walking safaris run from 1 June to 15 February, subject to weather, and cannot be guaranteed after that date.
